Our Purpose

“We are dedicated to promoting children’s health, well-being, and educational success through strong parent, family, and community involvement.”

Maplemere Elementary PTA provides support to, and communication with, parents, teachers, students, administrators, and the surrounding community. The PTA works very closely with the Principal and Maplemere staff. We sponsor many events throughout the year, including Fall Fest, Trunk or Treat / Monster Bash,  family activity nights, book fairs, school dances, the holiday gift shop, field day, Staff Appreciation, and so much more! We invite you to jump in where/whenever it works best for you and your family’s schedule.

Volunteering

None of the events we host are possible without volunteers! We are grateful for everyone that makes time to help during an event, donate items and their time. We are always in need of more volunteers. Whether you’re a stay at home parent, a full time working parent, or somewhere in between, we have something that you can help with!

(Note: As per the Sweet Home district policy, a volunteer application has to be completed for each volunteer.)

PTA Meetings (2024-25)

Meetings will be held the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Library, unless otherwise noted. Childcare is provided for children ages 3+ and potty-trained. 

This year’s dates are as follows:

  • 9/11 (join us at 7pm for Meet the PTA Social Hour then meeting from 730-830)
